GET WELL SOON CHALLENGE - THE PROJECTS

The day has come for the Get Well Soon Challenge projects to "go live"!

A big thank you to everyone who has participated in this challenge, which is dedicated to our special friend Gill McCall (http://creationsbygillm.blogspot.com/) who hasn't been well recently and is currently in hospital.  I hope all these wonderful creations will help her with her speedy recovery.

Please feel free to leave comments and messages for Gill within this post.  If you wish to send your project to Gill, please let me know and I will pass on my address details.  I will then pass on your projects to Gill asap.

I made a small easel card using up scraps of patterned paper from a Papermania pack, purple spotty paper from a Docrafts range, ribbon and a Kanban rabbit decoupage image.  The image is really sweet because the poor wee bunnyrabbit isn't feeling well and instead of chicken soup, she's eating carrot soup!  Awww!!!  It's also quite appropriate for Gill as the rabbit has a nice fluffy pink hot water bottle, and Gill hates the cold and nearly everytime I see her, she's got goosepimples!  (she'd never make it as a penguin!!)I matt and layered the main image onto pink cardstock and adhered it to the front of the easel card with dsst.  The stop which says "get well soon" is stuck with 3d foam.  Although you can't see them much, there are 4 silver gems on the bottom line of the base card.

My Card (I'd already made it before I decided to do this challenge)
