It's A Wildlife Blog Hop - 1 Sep



Hello and welcome to the "It's a Wildlife" blog hop.  I can't wait to see all the wild and wonderful crafty creations.

Now to show you my wild life themed creations:

The first card I have made was made at an Amy Shaw workshop I attended earlier this year.  To make this wildlife card, I used the following materials:

6x6 Scallop card blank
Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Forest Moss
Leaf stamp
Butterfly and script stamp
Adhesive gems
Green, Yellow and Orange water colour paints
Silver peel offs
Double Sided Sticky Tape
Pinflair Glue




This card was made for my Dad for Fathers Day this year.  He loves meercats!  Simples! 

I used the following materials for this card:

Rob Adams Meerkats and More CDROM
Brown A4 card blank
Backing papter
Pyramage Image
Gold peels offs
Border peel offs
Adhesive Gems
3D foam
Double Sided Sticky Tape



The final card I made for this blog hop was a card I was asked to make for someones 60th birthday.

CBGM - Colour Inspiration Challenge - 4 Aug

CBGM - Use Of Acetate Challenge - 7 July

Hello and welcome back to my blog!

It's time for another challenge from Gill McCall at Creations By Gill M.  I am part of the Design Team at Creations By Gill M and as a team, we provide the inspiration for the challenges.  You can take part too and enter the challenges.  The design team always come back and look at what you've made and we always leave comments about what you've made.

This weeks challenge is to make a card using acetate.  

I've used another design set from the Hunky Dory Adorable Scoreable pack.  It's a pearl anniversary card I've made for my Mum's friend.  I scored a piece of A4 acetate to make a landscape stepper card and then used the following materials to complete the card:

Hi-Tac Red Double Sided Sticky Tape
3D Foam 
Pinflair Glue
Pink & White Pearl Adhesive Gems
White Pearl Card
Double Sided Sticky Tape

The First Ever Crafting Cafe Blog Hop - 1 July

Hello and welcome to my blog!

It's so exciting, The First Ever Crafting Cafe Blog Hop!  I hope this is the first of many to come!  I can't wait to see what you've all made!  This hop is being hosted by Nikki Smith.  She is so talented!  I love going to her demo's when she's up in the Highlands of Scotland!

My project is a birthday card for a very special friend of mine.  She has been such a great influence on me and my crafting expertise/knowledge/growth.  She's very special to me too.  She's kind, funny, strong, creative, brainy, sensible, thoughtful and trustful.  I'm so glad I have her as a friend.

Another Fairy Day Blog Hop - 24 June

I can't believe it's been a year since the very first Fairy Day Blog Hop!
